About the Role
As a state-of-the-art high volume winemaking facility, this role is responsible for leading cross-functional winery operations and production teams, transforming and optimizing operations that would be the envy of most facilities.
You are a proven operations and production leader with the experience and energy to run a large environment that has high value strategic impact to the overall business. You have both directly and indirect led production site planning, developed production schedules and managed a large number of staff.
Influential, collaborative and inclusive - these are words that are used to describe your leadership and management style. Besides your technical and leadership skills, you understand the balance between quality, efficiency and cost.
Proven experience in an operations and/or production facilities management role
Previous experience working in a large tonnage and high case volume environment
Experience in large budget and CAPEX planning and management
Wine Industry background, preferred
Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional team environment as well as a global organization
Ability to set and manage stakeholders' expectations
Knowledge of production planning and production schedules
Winemaking experience beneficial
Large bottling facility experience is highly desirable
This is a Grade B Role.
